Hey all. This weekend we have 2 parade events. The first is the East Hampton parade, line up is 10:30, parade begins at noon. Best parking for trailers is at the school or on the street by Steve’s house – 37 Long Lane. Steve and Carol have extended an invitation to all members to stop in for something to eat afterwards. Thank you Steve and Carol for your generosity.
The next event is the Riverhead Lions Club parade. Line up is 12:45 in the parking lot across the street from the train station. Parade departs at 1:30 from Griffing Avenue and turns left onto West Main Street to McDermott Ave. Turning right and follow parade to the end. Santa will arrive from the Peconic River by boat with photo ops. There will be hot chocolate, a barn fire, music and more. Then at 5:15 is the tree lighting. Event ends at 6 pm.
