Hello everyone. This Wednesday, the 6th is our July meeting at 7 pm at the barn. We will have a very short meeting and then plan on helping get ready for the weekend.
This weekend, July 9th and 10th is our 30th anniversary tractor/engine show and pull from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Can you believe we have been going strong for 30 years? In order to make the show a success we need you to bring out your toys to play. We will also need your help in all areas of the show. If you can help on Friday, we will be setting up all day. If you can only come for a few hours, that will be greatly appreciated too. Many hands make light work.
Saturday night is our potluck bbq. Tickets are $10 for adults under 5 free. We plan to eat at approximately 6 p.m. As you know, the club will provide the meats and dessert You are asked to bring a side dish to pass. It would be very helpful if you would call me, text me or email me to let me know if you are coming, how many and what you will be able to add to our potluck dinner.
I will have tickets available at the meeting Wednesday night and also Saturday at the merchandise barn.
