Please note that the July meeting is a week early. It will be held on Wednesday, July 7th, 7 pm.
Please come early, as we will be doing some set up for the annual show Saturday and Sunday July 10th and 11th.
Our 29th annual summer show will not have a feature this year. Bring whatever you have to show off. We need the engine guys to bring out the engines. We need both large and small tractors to have pulls. Don’t worry if you have a rusty tractor or engine, the spectators just want to have something to look at. Please don’t be shy. We need whatever you can bring to display.
Saturday night we are planning a potluck dinner. Tickets are $10 per person, under 6 free. This means you need to bring a dish to pass. The club will provide the meats but sides are needed. Some suggestions: potato salad, macaroni salad, fruit salad, pasta salad, veggies. We could also use appetizers. If you plan on attending please contact me (Susan Young) at 631-404-2708 by phone or text. If you don’t know what to bring, me call me, I’ll be happy to help you decide. Remember, we need to know how many people are interested in order to know what supplies to purchase. Don’t wait until the last minute.
We will also have an auction after dinner, so bring down any items that you might have. All proceeds from this auction will go to the club.
We always need volunteers. There is admissions, parking, the pulling track, kids’ corner. Help with the set up for dinner. Don’t be shy, this is your club too.
